How do I place a domestic or international phone call?
Dialing From Your computer from your Sip softphone (X-Lite):
Signup for a free account at TutTele.com Here.
Download (X-Lite) Sip Phone from HERE and install it on your computer.
Configure X-lite SIP settings by running it and clicking on "Sip Account Settings" Then click on "Add" , then in the Sip Account Properties Window, refer to the info below in the photo.
After this, your Sip Phone is now ready to make calls to any phone in the world.

Configure your phone according to the CD and manual it came with.
Enter your username and password and ip of our server into the phone pad according to the manual and phone model.

No. Since you will be using your internet provider and our servers to make calls, you will not be using any mobile carrier to make your calls.
Will I ever get a busy signal when I call the CallingCard.com Access Number?
No, you will not get a busy signal when you call through Tuttele.com. We have a state-of-the-art digital switching system that will recognize your phone and automatically gives you a dial tone whenever you call.

In some countries mobile users do not pay to receive a call on their mobile phone. This is known as calling party pays. Mobile carriers therefore charge more to the calling party to connect the call.

No, TutTele.com does not have any connection fees associated with this product.
How much tax will I be charged?
TutTele.com applies up to 18% charge, unless otherwise stated, on each call for all applicable taxes and government charges.

If you Signup and Login to your Panel and pay using Paypal, your account will be active immidiately and automatically after payment. Otherwise, you will be notified by email when your account is active and ready to use usually within 12 hours.
